As our partnership ecosystem continues to grow, we're looking for a Partnerships Sales Manager to help organizations access the right recruitment, talent acquisition and employer branding solutions through our network of strategic partnerships.

This is a consultative sales role. You'll work with organizations already connected to Undelucram.ro understand their business challenges, recommend the right solutions and guide them from discovery to implementation.

Your mission

Through this consultative sales role your mission is to develop commercial opportunities within our partnership ecosystem by understanding partner needs, conducting discovery conversations and recommending the right recruitment, talent acquisition and employer branding solutions.

Success in this role is measured by your ability to build relationships, generate revenue and create long-term value for both our partners and Undelucram.

What you’ll do

Conduct discovery conversations:  b uild relationships with partner organizations, understand their hiring and business challenges, and identify opportunities where our solutions can create value.

Drive commercial opportunities: p resent tailored solutions, prepare commercial proposals, lead sales conversations and manage opportunities from discovery through to closing.

Coordinate implementation: w ork with internal teams and partners to ensure successful delivery, smooth onboarding and an excellent customer experience.

Grow partner accounts : d evelop long-term relationships, identify new business opportunities and introduce additional solutions that support partner objectives.

Manage your pipeline: k eep your sales pipeline and CRM up to date, track commercial performance and proactively follow up on opportunities.

You'll collaborate with

You'll work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Product and Management teams, while interacting daily with companies, universities, professional associations, communities and other organizations within our partnership ecosystem.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial instincts with excellent relationship-building skills.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Partnerships;
  • experience conducting discovery meetings and consultative sales conversations;
  • confidence presenting solutions and managing commercial discussions;
  • experience preparing proposals and managing sales opportunities from qualification to closing;
  • the ability to understand business needs and recommend value-driven solutions;
  • excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
  • experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and sales activities;
  • advanced English, both written and spoken.

  • Salary range: 6.500–8.000 RON net, based on experience.
