Sales & Marketing Manager - Migraine (Romania)

AbbVie seeks a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the migraine commercial strategy in Romania, overseeing field team management, pharmacy partnerships, and integrated omnichannel marketing. The role combines brand strategy, business ownership, and P&L accountability to drive patient access and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Own migraine commercial strategy and business performance, including sales KPIs, market share, and patient activation
- Lead, coach, and develop the product specialist field team with clear objectives and performance expectations
- Develop pharmacy partnerships and commercial agreements, managing segmentation, targeting, and account productivity
- Execute integrated brand plan connecting patients, pharmacists, healthcare professionals across all channels
- Identify barriers in migraine patient journey and develop initiatives to improve awareness and prescription-to-purchase conversion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health science or related field
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial experience with segmentation and demand generation expertise
- People leadership capability to develop specialist teams and translate strategy into field execution
- Pharmacy partnership and customer relationship management experience
- Data-driven decision-making with sales, market, and CRM analytics proficiency
- Omnichannel marketing expertise integrating digital, face-to-face, and patient activation strategies
- Primary or specialty care knowledge preferred
