Specialist Sustainability Reporting - CTBC @Continental

Job Description

As a valuable member of the Sustainability Reporting team, the Specialist Sustainability Reporting is responsible for the collection, validation, governance and reporting of sustainability metrics in accordance with CSRD, ESRS and internal reporting requirements.
The role ensures the availability of reliable, consistent and audit-ready sustainability data and acts as the central interface between Sustainability Reporting and data owners across the organization. Through close collaboration with internal stakeholders, the role contributes to the delivery of high-quality, compliant and transparent sustainability disclosures.
The role supports the development of robust sustainability data processes, reporting controls and documentation standards to strengthen reporting quality and assurance readiness.

Qualifications

• Master in Sustainability, Business Administration, Finance, or comparable field
• Many years of experience in sustainability reporting, financial reporting / accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing complex reporting processes, working with external auditors / assurance providers, implementing new regulatory requirements (e.g., CSRD / ESRS)
• Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects, including developing project plans, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independantly and as part of a team
