Data Analyst- Senior Associate @Publicis Sapient

Job Description
Tremend is looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You’ll use your problem-solving creativity to figure out our client’s most complex and challenging problems across different industries. You should be insightful, inquisitive, and naturally collaborative, with a strong desire to share ideas and opinions.

• Work with business stakeholders & functional teams, fulfilling their data needs and helping them to leverage analytics to improve their domains and act faster, and make better decisions
• Assisting our clients in determining how to measure and analyze the effectiveness of their business
• Consult clients to shape and define the role and success of analytics in their business
• Design and develop reports/dashboards using various analytics and visualization tools
• Continually optimizing existing reports/dashboards to improve performance benchmarking
• Prepare and publish weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports/dashboards
• Engage with relevant stakeholders and provide analysis, reporting and presentations to effectively communicate on insights and KPIs
• Identifies and resolves any data quality issues by conducting both routine and ad-hoc data cleaning and testing
• Using various tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets
• Coaching and supporting key users to adopt the reporting tool.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to work closely with business partners, understand requirements, and provide accurate findings of analysis
• Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI (preferably), Tableau or Qlik
• Ability to analyze large datasets
• Great analytical skills, self-driven and an eye for detail and quality
• Solid SQL, Power (M) Query, DAX, Data Visualization
• Experience with one or multiple cloud data stores - Databricks / Fabric / Snowflake / GCP / AWS and DWH concepts
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Good team and business communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills, and strong attention to detail; can walk through approach with technical clients or explain tricky concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira or similar).
