Which tasks can you expect?

Strategic Role and Business Line Management

• Define and implement the development strategy for the Legal Consultancy line of business in alignment with SD Worx Romania and group objectives.

• Monitor business line performance (financial indicators, quality, customer satisfaction) and propose optimization measures.

• Develop and manage the annual budget for the business line.

• Identify opportunities to expand the legal services portfolio.

• Actively participate in professional events and labor law conferences.

• Represent the company in external relations with authorities, partners, and clients within mandate limits.

Internal and External Legal Consultancy

• Provide legal consultancy to external clients (employers, partners) in areas such as labor law, tax legislation, and related services.

• Draft consultancy-related documents (e.g., audit reports).

• Offer internal legal support to SD Worx Romania departments.

• Monitor relevant legislative changes and ensure compliance of internal processes and company products.

Legislative Maintenance for SD Worx Applications

• Coordinate legislative update activities in SD Worx software applications in collaboration with development and support teams.

• Validate the correctness and applicability of implemented legislative changes.

Communication, Marketing and Positioning

• Write, validate, and publish expert articles on the SD Worx blog and other communication channels.

• Coordinate and update the consultancy page and salary calculator on SD Worx platforms.

• Collaborate closely with CET, Sales, and Marketing departments to promote and sell legal services.

Professional Development and Education

• Plan and deliver internal and external training sessions on legislative topics.

• Organize and participate in webinars for SD Worx clients and partners.

• Contribute to training initiatives within SD Worx Academy.

• Represent the Legal Consultancy line of business in international projects and meetings with the SD Worx group.

• Coordinate and implement joint initiatives such as:

• - SD Worx Academy – local adaptation and implementation of educational programs.

• - Service Catalogue – Tax & Legal Services – development and update of legal service offerings.

• - Other related processes – contribute to aligning processes and standards at group level.

What do you have to offer?

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Labor Law or Economic Studies

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in labor law, taxation, or payroll legislation consultancy

• 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role or managing a team or business line

• International experience is a plus

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills

• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills

• Strategic thinking and results orientation

• Ability to coordinate complex projects

• Strong knowledge of labor law, taxation, and data protection

• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)

• Digital skills (MS Office, collaborative platforms, content management tools)

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
