We're looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager who enjoys working at the intersection of digital marketing, eCommerce, and technology.

You'll coordinate multidisciplinary projects, translating business objectives into effective execution by working closely with strategists, marketers, designers, and developers. You'll connect business goals with execution, make informed decisions, prioritize effectively, and help clients achieve measurable results.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Lead Client Delivery

• Manage a portfolio of clients, coordinating digital marketing initiatives, website optimization, continuous improvements, ongoing support, and new development work, ensuring every initiative contributes to measurable business outcomes.
• Build trusted client relationships through transparency, ownership, proactive communication, and thoughtful decision-making.
• Help clients navigate changing priorities while maintaining momentum and trust.

Turn Strategy into Execution

• Work closely with strategists, marketers, designers, and developers to transform business objectives into actionable plans.
• Ensure priorities are clear, dependencies are managed, and teams remain aligned around shared goals.

Drive Informed Decisions

• Use marketing performance, project health, and business KPIs to prioritize initiatives, evaluate trade-offs, and recommend next steps.
• Balance autonomy with collaboration, knowing when specialist input adds value.

Coordinate Digital Delivery

• Manage projects ranging from website support and continuous improvements to feature development and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager to balance technical feasibility with business priorities.
• Identify risks early, remove blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout delivery.

What You'll Bring

Ideally, you'll have:

• 5+ years of experience managing digital projects for eCommerce or digital-first businesses.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their contributions to business growth.
• Ability to interpret marketing and business KPIs and use them to support prioritization and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
