Product Led Growth Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Led Growth Manager based in Romania. This is a high-impact growth product role focused on building and optimizing self-serve acquisition journeys for technical audiences. You’ll own the customer funnel from signup and trial through activation, conversion, expansion, and product-led sales handoffs. You’ll also serve as product owner for the website and application experience, shaping priorities and working closely with engineering and design. The role combines product management, experimentation, analytics, lifecycle growth, and developer-focused experiences. You’ll work with engineers, data teams, AI builders, marketing, customer success, RevOps, and sales to turn insights into measurable growth. The environment is remote-first, globally distributed, highly autonomous, and focused on rapid experimentation and iterative delivery. Success will be measured through improvements in activation, paid conversion, self-serve revenue, expansion, funnel velocity, and qualified sales opportunities. Accountabilities - Own the self-serve growth funnel end-to-end, defining, measuring, and improving signup, trial, activation, paid conversion, and expansion journeys. - Act as product owner for the website and product UI, establishing the roadmap and priorities for experiences that capture demand and improve funnel performance. - Partner with engineers and designers to ship iterative improvements to the website, application, and customer journey. - Design and run conversion experiments, developing hypotheses, launching A/B tests, analyzing results, and scaling successful approaches. - Optimize product-led growth journeys originating in developer ecosystems, open source, documentation, SDKs, code examples, and emerging AI-agent ecosystems.

- Develop a deep understanding of developer workflows and identify ways to improve the first hands-on experience and accelerate activation. - Build customer data and segmentation frameworks using product usage and firmographic signals to support personalized onboarding, content, and nurture programs. - Collaborate with RevOps to identify product-qualified accounts and determine when sales engagement can support expansion or account-managed relationships. - Work closely with product marketing, marketing, customer success, sales, and RevOps to align teams around a shared growth funnel. - Use data and customer insights to continuously identify new growth opportunities and prioritize the next set of experiments. - Track and communicate performance across activation, conversion, revenue, expansion, funnel velocity, and the quality of qualified opportunities passed to sales. Requirements - 5–8+ years of experience in growth, growth product management, lifecycle marketing, or funnel-focused product roles. - Proven success driving growth within B2B SaaS, developer-focused products, or businesses operating a self-serve or product-led growth model. - Strong understanding of how technical users and developers evaluate, adopt, and expand their use of software tools. - Experience working with developer tools, APIs, data products, open-source ecosystems, or other technical audiences. - Demonstrated ownership of website conversion and demand capture, with a focus on turning traffic into activation and revenue rather than simply increasing visits. - Track record of improving activation, free-to-paid conversion, expansion, and/or churn reduction through product and lifecycle initiatives. - Strong analytical skills, including defining growth metrics, instrumenting funnels, segmenting users, interpreting product signals, and combining quantitative insights with customer feedback.
