About the Role

As a Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will support finance operations by assisting with Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career finance professionals who want to develop their analytical skills while working in an international business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Assist with daily finance operations and administrative tasks.
• Ensure accurate processing of financial information and documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams to support operational efficiency.
• Maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Deliver high-quality support with a strong customer-focused approach.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Finance Operations.
• Understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP preferred).
• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Advanced English (C1 level).
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

Salary

• €1,557.10 gross per month, paid over 14 salaries.
