Job Description

What we need:

Brady is seeking a Lead Management Specialist to support lead qualification, routing, tracking, and data management activities across the lead lifecycle.

In this role, you will serve as a key partner to Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring leads are accurately qualified, assigned, and followed through the sales funnel. You will support lead management processes, maintain data quality, provide reporting insights, and contribute to process improvements that enhance lead conversion and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, attention to detail, business acumen, and a proactive approach to improving processes and collaborating across functions.

Hybrid work model based in Bucharest, Romania.

What you'll be doing:

• Review, qualify, prioritize, assign, and track incoming leads according to established Lead Management criteria and service level agreements.
• Validate and maintain lead data within Salesforce, ensuring completeness, accuracy, proper ownership, source attribution, and lead status management.
• Monitor leads throughout the lifecycle, proactively following up on aging, stalled, unaccepted, or incomplete leads and escalating issues when necessary.
• Support lead scoring, routing, and assignment processes, identifying opportunities to improve lead prioritization, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness.
• Partner closely with Marketing and Sales teams to support demand generation initiatives, campaign follow-up, webinars, events, and other lead-generating activities.
• Ensure accurate campaign attribution and provide feedback regarding lead quality, qualification outcomes, and sales acceptance.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to facilitate timely lead follow-up, communicate qualification details, and gather feedback to improve lead management processes.
• Maintain high standards of data quality by identifying duplicates, inconsistencies, and incomplete records, performing data cleansing activities, and recommending corrective actions.
• Support reporting activities, analyze lead management performance, and identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on lead qualification, routing, data management, reporting, and reduction of lead cycle times.
• Contribute to automation projects involving lead routing, notifications, data validation, reporting, and other operational efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions related to Lead Management activities.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Marketing, IT, and other stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives related to lead management, demand generation, and customer data.
• Support departmental projects, best practice sharing, training initiatives, and other business-related activities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Finance, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Lead Management, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, Business Operations, or a related function.
• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Understanding of lead qualification, lead routing, lead lifecycle management, and sales funnel concepts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting demand generation programs, marketing campaigns, webinars, trade shows, or lead generation activities.
• Experience with lead scoring, lead routing, and sales process optimization.
• Experience working with Salesforce automation, reporting tools, or marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of data quality management, reporting, and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience working within a matrix or global organization.
