ServiceNow Developer - HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer - HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to design, develop, and maintain scalable HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will work closely with architects, Product Owners, HR stakeholders, and fellow team members to deliver secure, compliant, and high-quality HR services that enhance the employee experience. You will be part of a collaborative Agile team where success is achieved through shared ownership, continuous improvement, and mutual support.

Your role:

• Configure and develop ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including Case Management, HR Services, HR Tasks, Playbooks, Agent Workspace, and Employee Center .
• Develop customizations using JavaScript, Glide API, client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and custom widgets .
• Build and maintain integrations with HRIS, payroll, IAM, and document management solutions using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and transformation maps .
• Implement and support secure, compliant HR processes, ensuring adherence to privacy and audit requirements.
• Perform unit testing, support UAT activities, and contribute to high-quality production releases.
• Optimize platform performance and troubleshoot issues across HRSD modules and integrations.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, architects, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver solutions.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and proactively identify opportunities for platform improvement.

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in ServiceNow development , including hands-on experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) .
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and platform customization .
• Experience with HRSD modules such as Case Management, HR Services, Playbooks, Agent Workspace, and Employee Center .
• Proven experience developing and supporting integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and data transformation tools .
• Good understanding of HR processes, data security, privacy regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
• Nice to have: HRSD Implementation Specialist certification, ITIL4 Foundation, Employee Center Pro, AI Search, and CI/CD or automated testing experience .
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
