What will you be doing as a  Contracts Execution Officer

The Contracts Execution Officer is responsible for duties related to all processes involved in the contract execution, until the contract has been fully performed with the aim to have the right goods at the right place and time at the lowest possible costs and with the minimum possible loss.

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the full execution of the contract in compliance with contractual terms and budgeted costs. Provide high-quality service and effective communication with the company's partners.
• Ensure efficient and effective control of costs and resources allocated and utilized within the budgets assigned to the department or contracts. Reduce operational losses during contract execution, as well as throughout storage and goods transfer activities.
• Ensure the correct and risk-free transfer of title ownership. Verify and ensure the accuracy of documentation, as well as the quality and quantity of purchased and sold goods. Minimize quantitative losses and the risks of depreciation and theft. Ensure that goods are properly insured. 
• Ensure the accurate, timely, and complete recording of documents and costs in the database. Ensure the issuance, transmission, registration, and archiving of correspondence, contractual documents, and procedural documentation.
• Implement and ensure compliance with company processes through specific procedures that regulate business activities and the working environment. 

What you can bring to the role:

• 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role;
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
• Good written & oral communications skills in English;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);  SAP - would be a plus;
• Strong communication and problem solving skills;
• Attention to details and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure;
