Job Title: German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist 

Location: Bucharest, Romania Work Model: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH) 

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time 

Compensation: 5,969 RON/month Net Total Guaranteed (5,569 RON Base + 400 RON Stipend) 

Languages Required: Fluent German (C1/C2) & Professional English (B2+)

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, customer-focused specialist fluent in German to join our expanding operational team in Bucharest. In this full-time role, you will serve as the primary representative for our German-speaking account base, managing and resolving inquiries professionally while upholding our brand's top quality benchmarks.

Core Accountabilities

• Multichannel Support: Respond to and resolve customer requests via telephone, email correspondence, and web chat channels in fluent German.
• Issue Resolution: Evaluate client inquiries quickly and accurately to deliver prompt, complete first-contact solutions.
• Record Keeping: Document client interactions, ticket statuses, and detailed summary notes inside our central CRM database.
• Team Collaboration: Partner alongside internal technical teams and tier-2 support units to handle escalated or high-complexity cases.
• Service Enhancements: Identify appropriate moments to offer relevant product options and updates that bring added value to the user.
• Knowledge Upgrades: Continuously update your understanding of internal company rules, new product rollouts, and support platforms.

Target Candidate Profile

Essential Criteria:

• Languages: Full German fluency (C1/C2 level) paired with strong operational English skills (minimum B2) for internal coordination.
• Communication: Exceptional listening habits combined with articulate, professional spoken and written communication.
• Technical Aptitude: High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and a quick ability to master proprietary business software.
• Mindset: Patient, empathetic, and detail-driven approach when managing difficult or high-pressure support situations.
• Location: Full willingness and ability to commute to our Eroii Revoluției office 3 days per week.

Onboarding & Training

• Duration: 1 week of fully supported, comprehensive initial onboarding.
• Schedule: Held Monday through Friday, running from 10:00 to 17:00.
• Content: Facilitated by corporate trainers, covering support systems, product specifications, operational procedures, and practical user simulations.

Compensation & Financial Perks

• Net Base Salary: 5,569 RON net monthly pay.
• Remote & Commute Allowance: 400 RON net monthly stipend to assist with work-from-home utility costs and travel expenses.
• Total Net Guaranteed: 5,969 RON net guaranteed every month.
• Meal Allowance: 25 RON per worked day loaded onto a Pluxee card.
• Performance Bonuses: Regular financial payouts tied to CSAT benchmarks and main operational metrics.
