The Mission

The Risk Data Tribe Tribe provides correct and harmonized data for its processing and to enable the change from report-driven to data-driven, while also enabling department to manage its end-to-end data flow in a structured and standardized way.

Your day to day

In this role, you will focus on data management, collaboration , data requirements refinements , BCBS 239 activities support, data definition & mapping, data onboarding, data quality and data modelling for business related background topics.

You will be actively involved in the discussions with the domains,  maintenance, development and realization of current & new requirements and services. As an expert, you deliver the necessary knowledge and skills to support deliveries towards stakeholders, performing reconciliation, UAT and operational requests necessary for data delivery. Besides that, you continuously deepen and broaden your Data Quality and Data modeling knowledge and skills in your area of expertise.

• Support the delivery and maintenance of Global Business Terms, Conceptual/Logical and Physical Data Models and additional documentation needed for shipping the product towards the Data Lakes and for clarifying the working of functionality for end consumers;
• Perform data mapping and validation (SQL);
• Maintain , develop and implement products and services.
• Read and understand regulatory requirements;
• Regular discussions with domains/countries on requirements/functional questions to be address.
• Support on Data quality checks.
• Coordinate with the locations/domains on Testing updates
• Report on the progress and communicate the dependencies and impediments to stakeholders;
• Contribute to existing principles, standards, guidelines and way of working to continuously improve them;
• Working with multiple domains on aligning the mapping requirements and testing updates.

What you’ll bring to the team

• Mandatory :
  • ability to write and analyze medium-complexity SQL queries to extract, validate, and investigate data.
  • experience working with databases and with data warehouse
  • experience as technical business analysis in IT projects
  • experience in creating reporting cockpits, dashboards, and visual performance indicators using data analytics and visualization tools to support business monitoring and decision-making. as a nice to have
  • experience in requirements gathering and writing technical and functional specifications
  • experience with banking products, processes, and services
  • excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing

• Nice to have:  
  • experience with Agile methodologies
  • experience working with cloud-based data platforms and technologies in a data management or analytics context

• Education : master or bachelor’s degree (IT, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics/Business)
