Clinical Support Specialist - Bucharest

Stryker seeks a Clinical Support Specialist to deliver customer care and training to physicians and hospital staff in Bucharest. The role involves managing theatre operations, auditing stock, conducting product trials, and driving efficiency improvements across surgical environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer care support to physicians, surgical staff, and hospital administration
- Organize and conduct training workshops for surgical and theatre teams
- Audit and manage theatre and hospital stock including implants, disposables, and instruments
- Conduct product trials and evaluations in clinical and theatre settings
- Work with regional team and National Sales Manager to optimize customer service and theatre efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years clinical support or application specialist experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Joint replacement or general surgery product experience preferred
- Experience in clinical and theatre work environments preferred
Compensation: L9,600 - L16,000 RON gross monthly
