What you will do

Support customers as their main point of contact

• Assist customers professionally and efficiently

• Offer support via  phone and email

• Deliver a positive and solution-oriented experience

Handle operational and administrative tasks

• Perform  back-office activities related to customer accounts

• Support account-related processes and updates

Work in a regulated environment

• Follow internal procedures and legal requirements carefully

• Ensure communication and documentation are accurate and compliant

• Proficiency in Spanish
