Your role

• Managing O2C cases: billing corrections, unapplied cash, short‑pays, disputes, high‑risk overdue items;
• Performing detailed account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of customer financial data;
• Analyzing recurring issues and recommending corrective or preventive actions;
• Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics to resolve cross‑functional issues;
• Maintaining and updating SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.

Your profile

• Minimum 6 months of O2C experience, covering billing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation;
• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma ( Baccalaureate); 

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls;

• English and Polish – minimum B2 level;

• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred), reporting tools and Excel;
• Ability to train, coach, and guide colleagues;
