We deliver centralized operations to our Molson Coors Business Units across the Globe in Finance, Master Data, Commercial, HR and IT Business Services. Our impressive brands portfolio across the world includes Miller Genuine Draft, Madri, Staropramen and Bergenbier.

This role will provide finance and accounting data processing services related to the accounts payable postings, invoice processing, travel and expenses auditing and processing & maintaining appropriate documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing of invoices/credit memos, auditing & processing travel and expenses to be done timely and in accordance with the process requirements;
• Booking of accounting documents (Invoices, Credit Notes, Payments, Travel and Expenses) in the Enterprise Resource 
• Timely query resolution (for requests received via e-mail / ServiceNow tool);
• Proper investigation conducted on vendor invoices/credit memos by double checking the necesssary details (invoice number, vendor number, invoice amount, Purchase order number, Tax amount);
• Documents archival in the agreed timelines; 
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders, accounts payable processes in order to ensure high quality services;

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

Required:

• Good planning and organizing skills
• Analytical thinking
• Very good attention to details, good numerical skills 
• Good MS Office knowledge including Excel knowledge (pivot, vlookup, sum)
• Advanced English level

Preferred:

• SAP experience or other ERP system

Our Total Rewards package includes a gross base salary of lei72,600.00 -  lei95,300.00 (posting salary range) plus a 12 %  target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages: a medical subscription (with dental and vision coverage), life insurance, a monthly budget to spend on flexible benefits, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme and 22 days annual leave with additional days off for vintage and birthday. 

The salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final pay is based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors, such as previous experience, skills and internal equity.
