Căutăm un om care știe că influencer marketing înseamnă mai mult decât o listă de creatori și câteva postări bifate într-un Excel.
Un om care înțelege creatorii, platformele și brandurile suficient de bine încât să știe cine se potrivește unui proiect, de ce, ce merită produs și cum transformăm tot procesul într-o campanie care chiar funcționează .
Dar căutăm mai mult decât un project manager bun.
Vrem pe cineva cu experiență similara în talent management, social media, sau content production , care are instinct pentru creatori și platforme, poate argumenta o recomandare în fața clientului și vrea să contribuie la felul în care construim și dezvoltăm produsele noastre de Influence & UGC Content.
Vei duce proiectele de la brief la raportare: vei contribui la structurarea briefurilor, vei lucra cu influencers și creatori de conținut, vei face selecții și recomandări, vei construi estimări și KPI-uri, vei coordona aprobări și feedback, iar la final vei urmări rezultatele campaniilor.
