Your Role, Your Impact

• Material scheduling / Define & Control Buy Material Master Data;
• Material scheduling / Manage Material Availability (missing parts);
• Manage Specific Conditions for Vendors;
• Manage Purchasing Document for Stock Items;
• Manage Acknowledgement of Purchasing Document for Stock Items;
• Follow-Up Needs Expression & Deliveries;
• Manage Capacity Self-Declarations;
• Manage Supply Chain & Capacity audit;
• Consolidate Vendor Demand Multi-Business / Multi-Site;
• Coordinate Delivery Crisis Solving;
• Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in SAP MM or similar ERP systems for material planning.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in demand forecasting or supply chain optimization.
• Fluency in French and English for effective cross-functional communication.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methods.
• Ability to interpret KPIs and translate data into actionable supply chain decisions.

How Success Is Measured

• On-time material availability and adherence to production schedules.
• Effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Reduction in material shortages and improvement in inventory accuracy.
