• Academic qualification in a technical or economic field
• Senior-level profile, with more than 4 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge and experience in the financial-banking field
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Eagerness to learn and strong team spirit

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Passionate about continuous improvement, collaboration, and building great teams

Your Role

• Translating business needs into actionable requirements
• Collaborating with other departments to identify dependencies and risks
• Assisting in monitoring development progress, providing support to keep the project on track and informing stakeholders
• Preparing functional documentation for developed features
• Managing identified issues, proposing improvements, and developing solutions

• Defining and implementing initiatives that increase operational efficiency, reduce risks, and support business growth
• Ensuring the project remains on track and delivers results
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
• Assisting in the onboarding process of new team members
