Technischer Support Specialist (Deutsch/Englisch) – Bucharest

Für ein international tätiges Softwareunternehmen suchen wir einen Technical Support Specialist mit sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen . Das Unternehmen entwickelt innovative Lösungen für Enterprise Mobility und Device Management und unterstützt weltweit Tausende von Organisationen bei der sicheren und effizienten Verwaltung von Millionen vernetzter Geräte.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt Kunden bei technischen Fragen und Problemen per Telefon und E-Mail .
- Du analysierst und behebst technische Probleme im Bereich Software, mobile Endgeräte und Mobile Device Management (MDM) .
- Du untersuchst Kundenanfragen, identifizierst die Ursache von Problemen und entwickelst passende Lösungen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams zusammen, um komplexe technische Probleme schnell und effizient zu lösen.
- Du hältst Kunden regelmäßig über den aktuellen Stand ihrer Supportfälle und die nächsten Schritte informiert.
- Du reproduzierst Kundenumgebungen, um Fehler gezielt zu analysieren und nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln.
- Du stellst eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicher und arbeitest innerhalb der vereinbarten Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs) .
Das bringst du mit
- Sehr gute bzw. fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift – zwingend erforderlich.
- 1–2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Support, IT-Support, Helpdesk oder in einer vergleichbaren Position.
- Eine Ausbildung, ein Studium oder einen Abschluss im Bereich Informatik, Informationstechnologie, Netzwerktechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
- Gute Kenntnisse in:
- Netzwerkgrundlagen , einschließlich OSI-Modell, Firewalls, Netzwerkprotokollen und Subnetting
- Windows-Client- und Server-Betriebssystemen
- Android und iOS
- Kenntnisse in SQL Server, VMware oder Hyper-V sind von Vorteil.
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Eine starke Kundenorientierung und die Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären.
- Selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben in einem dynamischen Umfeld richtig zu priorisieren.
- Freude an der Arbeit mit internationalen Kunden und modernen Technologien.
