What you'll do

o Build and evolve scalable backend applications and services.

o Develop high-quality Java solutions using modern engineering practices.

o Design and enhance microservices-based architectures.

o Contribute to solution architecture and technical standards.

o Mentor developers and support engineering excellence.

o Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams.

o Deliver reliable software through CI/CD and automated testing.

o Integrate applications with databases, APIs and external systems.

o Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize production services.

o Drive innovation across the backend ecosystem.

Who you are

o 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development.

o Strong Java expertise, ideally Java 11+.

o Advanced knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and Spring Security.

o Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices.

o Solid understanding of cloud-native and event-driven architectures.

o Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and Apache Kafka.

o Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes and modern CI/CD pipelines.

o Strong testing mindset and experience with automation frameworks.

o Comfortable working in Agile environments.

o Collaborative, proactive and passionate about technology.
