Job Summary:

The Fixed Assets Accounting Analyst is responsible for managing fixed asset accounting in leading and parallel ledgers, and account for all fixed asset transactions, including acquisitions, transfers, cost center changes, retirements and balance sheet reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain asset master data;
• Be responsible for capitalization of assets at acquisition and transfer-in, and for retirement of assets at sale or transfer-out, in accrdance with supporting documentation received. This includes the clarifications of accounting issues, the analysis of errors and the initiation and implementation of any necessary corrections;
• Request asset transfers and process intracompany recharges;
• Run planned monthly and unplanned depreciation and verify posted results and period end closing;
• Review depreciation cost lines and relate with business key indicators. Provide cost variance analysis, highlighting opportunities or negative trends;
• Report monthly FP20 CAPEX;
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for relevant accounts and certify completeness;
• Supervise outsourced transactional fixed asset accounting and perform complex transactions;
• Understand and comply with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• 1-3 years of Audit, Financial Accounting or Reporting or Shared Services experience in a financial role;
• Very good knowledge of accounting, according to USGAAP is preferable;
• Very good MS-Office skills (especially MS-Excel)
• Good Understanding of business processes in SAP FI module, preferable;
• Effective communication in English
• Intellectually curious, analytically rigurous;
• Strong team player.

• The monthly salary range for this role is between 9075RON and 11340RON gross. The presented range is indicative and final compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications and skills. The final package will be determined during the selection process
