We're looking, above all, for someone who knows how to shoot video and photography: who can work with professional equipment,  set up the right lighting, and get great shots straight out of the camera.

The role is split roughly evenly between content production and video editing. You'll mainly create content for social media (video & photo) and shoot occasionally product photography as well.

What you'll do:

• Shoot video and photography for the agency's projects.
• Prepare and set up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for each shoot.
• Adapt the lighting setup based on the space, subject, and visual direction.
• Oversee the technical quality of the material: lighting, exposure, focus, composition, and sound.
• Edit video material to its final form for social media.
• Occasionally shoot product photography.
• Work based on briefs and scripts prepared by the creative team—but of course, if you feel
• there's room for improvement in certain areas, we expect you to speak up; we're a team and we
• work as one.
• Take part in shoots at our studio and at client locations.

What we're looking for:

• Hands-on experience in video and photography, ideally at a mid level at least.
• Strong knowledge of cameras and production equipment.
• Solid experience setting up and controlling lighting (for us, this is an essential criteria).
• Good visual sense and attention to composition, framing, and detail.
• Experience editing video in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar softwares.
• Autonomy, organization, and availability for shoots at different locations.
• A relevant portfolio that shows us, above all, how you shoot and how you work with light, as well
• as how you edit.

This is a full-time position, and the work takes place between the studio, the office, and client locations. Equipment is provided by the agency.
