Compensation Snapshot

Employment Type: Independent Contractor

Location: Remote (Global)

Time Commitment: Full-Time

Monthly Compensation:

USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on experience, creative capability, AI proficiency, portfolio quality, and overall fit.

Performance Incentives:

Additional USD per month based on KPIs, quality, speed, initiative, innovation, and overall contribution.

Compensation reviews are available following successful completion of the probationary period based on sustained performance and contribution.

About the Role

As our AI Creative Specialist, you'll combine outstanding creative ability with modern AI workflows to produce premium digital content across every part of the organization.

You'll work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Partnerships, Leadership, Education, Operations, and Automation teams.

You'll constantly experiment with new creative technologies while maintaining exceptionally high production standards.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

We're looking for an exceptional all-round creative who combines strong visual design skills with curiosity, AI capability, adaptability, and outstanding execution.

You should have:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative work across multiple digital formats.
• Professional experience in graphic design, digital marketing creative, multimedia production, or related creative disciplines.
• Excellent proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects).
• Experience creating content for websites, landing pages, social media, presentations, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent visual communication and storytelling skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

AI Experience

We're specifically looking for someone who already embraces AI as part of their creative workflow.

Experience using tools such as:

or similar creative AI platforms will be highly regarded.
