After Sales Representative with German

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Manage and coordinate customer complaints from initial registration through final resolution, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Communicate with customers through multiple channels to provide updates, timelines, and resolution information.
• Collaborate with customer service, technical teams, factories, and transportation partners to support effective complaint resolution.
• Investigate customer concerns and help identify root causes to support long-term corrective actions.
• Coordinate product returns, pickups, and related documentation while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Support the validation and processing of credit notes by providing accurate and reliable information.
• Generate, maintain, and analyze reports related to key performance indicators and service activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying challenges, sharing insights, and supporting corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies related to international trade, records retention, ethics, information security, and workplace safety.
• Provide support to team members and contribute to a collaborative and customer-focused work environment.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Experience in customer service, commercial support, after-sales operations, technical support, quotation management, or a related business function.
• Proficiency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken formats.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office applications and business systems such as ERP platforms.
• Strong customer focus and effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage tasks with flexibility.
• Commitment to ethical business practices, compliance requirements, and information security standards.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Technical knowledge or experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, automation, or engineering-related products and services.
• Experience managing customer complaints, returns, warranty claims, or other after-sales processes.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and root cause analysis techniques.
