This role is remote only in Portugal, working from another country is not an option. Company supports accomodation.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide support via phone, email, and digital channels, helping customers with registration, onboard unit requests, toll-related questions, payments, and account management while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with registration and account-related inquiries.
• Support drivers and transport & logistics companies using the Dutch truck tolling system.
• Answer questions related to roads across the Netherlands.
• Assist with onboard unit requests, toll payments, and customer accounts.
• Support revenue collection and debt communication activities.
• Promote relevant services where applicable.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient customer support.

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Good command of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining high service quality.

Salary & Benefits

Option 1 – With Company Apartment

• Total Gross Package Compensation: €1,463.32/month
• Base Salary: €776.00
• Apartment Benefit (Benefit-in-Kind): €204.00
• Holiday Allowance: €64.66/month
• Christmas Allowance: €64.66/month
• Meal Allowance: €7.00 per working day (approximately €154.00/month )
• Health Insurance from day one.
• Productivity Bonus based on project performance and/or attendance.

Option 2 – Without Company Apartment

• Total Gross Package Compensation: €1,584.82/month
• Base Salary: €1,055.00
• Holiday Allowance: €87.91/month
• Christmas Allowance: €87.91/month
• Meal Allowance: €7.00 per working day (approximately €154.00/month )
• Health Insurance from day one.
• Productivity Bonus based on project performance and/or attendance.

Training

• 10 working days of paid training.
• Comprehensive onboarding covering systems, products, customer communication, and on-the-job learning.
• Training Allowance: €42.72 per day (up to €427.20 for the full training period).
