Important Note: This role is only remote in Greece, working from another country is not an option. Relocation is supported by the company.

About the Role

As a Danish-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will support business customers using one of the world's leading online video platforms. You'll assist content creators and monetized partners with account management, technical troubleshooting, monetization inquiries, and platform-related questions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support 
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and chat, providing comprehensive
  support.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
• Continuously learn new tools, products, and processes.

What We're Looking For

• Native or near-native Danish (C1 preferred).
• Fluent English (C1).
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and internet navigation skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Gross Monthly Salary: €1,300 x14 month

Relocation Package

Working Schedule

• Full-time position.
