Your role

• Managing complex O2C cases: billing corrections, unapplied cash, short‑pays, disputes, high‑risk overdue items;
• Performing detailed account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of customer financial data;
• Analyzing recurring issues and recommending corrective or preventive actions;
• Delivering O2C training, onboarding sessions, and knowledge‑sharing workshops;
• Supporting audits, control checks, and compliance requirements;
• Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics to resolve cross‑functional issues.

Your Profile

• English and French – minimum B2 level;
• Minimum 6 months of O2C experience, covering billing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation;
• The baccalaureate diploma is mandatory as a minimum educational qualification;
• 3-6 months of experience in Collections field or similar;
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills;
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to document standardized processes;
• Excel advanced/medium knowledge
