Digital Marketing, AI Content & Events Coordinator | MagicU

About the Role

MagicU, part of Human Intelligence, is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing, AI Content & Events Coordinator to help us grow and engage our community through digital marketing, AI-generated content, events, and exceptional member experiences.

This is a practical execution role for someone who can move comfortably between creating an AI-generated promotional video, coordinating a digital campaign, engaging an online community, and managing the logistics of an upcoming event.

We're looking for someone organized, creative, digitally savvy, and genuinely comfortable using AI as part of their everyday work.

What You'll Do

AI Content & Digital Marketing

• Create engaging marketing content across social media, email, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
• Create and edit AI-generated video content for social media, promotions, campaigns, educational content, and events.
• Use modern AI video and creative tools to generate, edit, iterate, and improve production-ready content.
• Support campaign launches, registration funnels, email marketing, and promotional calendars.
• Use AI to accelerate content creation, campaign development, research, reporting, and marketing execution.
• Track campaign performance and continuously improve content based on results.

Community Management

• Help manage and grow our online communities.
• Create and schedule engaging community content.
• Respond warmly and professionally to members and enquiries.
• Drive participation around programs, launches, webinars, and events.
• Gather community feedback and identify opportunities to improve engagement and member experience.

Events & Experiences

• Coordinate virtual and in-person events, webinars, workshops, and educational experiences.
• Manage event timelines, checklists, registrations, speakers, and attendee communications.
• Coordinate vendors, venues, logistics, schedules, and other operational requirements for live events.
• Support event promotion before launch and attendee engagement after the event.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure events run smoothly from planning through completion.

Project & Workflow Management

• Use ClickUp and GHL to manage projects, tasks, timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups.
• Maintain clear documentation and keep stakeholders updated.
• Coordinate effectively across Marketing, Operations, Partnerships, Product, Customer Success, and external vendors.
• Use AI and automation to make recurring workflows faster and more efficient.

What We're Looking For

You should have 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience across digital marketing, content, community, events, or a closely related role.

More importantly, you should be able to demonstrate:

• Hands-on AI video generation and editing experience.
• Experience using modern AI tools to create marketing content—not simply ChatGPT for basic writing.
• Strong digital marketing execution across social, email, campaigns, landing pages, or funnels.
• Experience managing or engaging an online community.
• Experience coordinating events, including vendors, logistics, speakers, registrations, timelines, and attendee communications .
• Hands-on experience with ClickUp or a comparable project management platform .
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage several moving pieces independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

• Manage vendors and logistics professionally.
• Keep projects organized and moving in ClickUp.
• Use AI proactively to improve both creative output and operational efficiency.
• Take ownership rather than waiting to be told every next step.

Engagement

Employment Type: Independent Contractor
Location: Fully Remote
Time Commitment: Full-Time
Monthly Base: USD $750–$1,000, depending on experience and demonstrated capability.

Performance incentives may also be available based on campaign performance, event success, community engagement, operational excellence, and overall contribution.
