We are looking for a passionate sales and business development professional with experience in recruitment, eager to play an active role in growing the client portfolio and delivering high-standard recruitment solutions. The role is balanced between business development (50%) and recruitment project delivery (50%), offering autonomy, visibility, and real opportunities for professional growth.

• Experience in recruitment and B2B service sales (ideally in HR/recruitment)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset, results orientation, and initiative

• Ability to prioritize and efficiently organize multiple projects

• Willingness to actively contribute to business growth, not only to delivery execution

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in recruitment

• Create and implement strategies to expand the client portfolio

• Research the market and actively prospect new clients

• Promote the company’s services and prepare tailored commercial proposals

• Close new contracts and contribute to expanding existing ones

• Negotiate contract terms and confidently handle objections and challenges

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver personalized offers and relevant recruitment solutions

Delivery & Recruitment Support

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent roles tailored to client needs

• Maintain close relationships with existing clients, providing consultative support and high-quality delivery

• Constantly adapt recruitment strategies based on project specifics

• Work closely with the team to deliver clear and measurable results
