Compensation Snapshot

Employment Type: Independent Contractor

Location: Fully Remote

Time Commitment: Full-Time

Monthly Base Compensation

USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on your GoHighLevel expertise, automation capability, AI proficiency, systems thinking, and overall alignment with the role.

Performance Incentives

Monthly KPI and performance incentives based on successful project delivery, workflow quality, automation reliability, customer experience improvements, AI innovation, and measurable business outcomes.

The Opportunity

You'll build sophisticated GoHighLevel solutions including CRM systems, funnels, automations, websites, forms, calendars, opportunity pipelines, email and SMS campaigns, reporting dashboards, AI workflows, and customer lifecycle automations.

This is an AI-first technical role.

You'll be expected to actively use AI throughout planning, development, troubleshooting, documentation, testing, and continuous improvement.

About the Role

As our GoHighLevel Automation Specialist, you'll design, build, test, deploy, document, and optimize advanced GoHighLevel solutions across multiple brands, products, and business units.

You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, HR, and Executive Leadership to ensure our CRM ecosystem remains scalable, reliable, and continuously improving.

This is an independent role requiring someone who is highly accountable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through completion.

• Experience building complex workflows, funnels, CRM systems, and automations.
• Strong understanding of sales pipelines and customer lifecycle automation.
• Experience with websites, landing pages, calendars, forms, and email marketing.
• Strong troubleshooting capability.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
