What you'll do

o Build applications and services in an Agile team.

o Deliver features through iterative releases.

o Develop customer-facing interfaces and backend services.

o Write reusable, testable and efficient code.

o Create unit and integration tests for delivered code.

o Design low-latency, high-availability applications.

o Document technical solutions with your team.

o Review code and improve engineering quality.

o Use Git, CI/CD and sprint delivery practices.

o Integrate applications with databases and external systems.

o Build authentication and authorization features.

o Monitor, troubleshoot and fix production issues.

Who you are

o 3+ years of hands-on Java and JEE experience.

o Experience with RESTful API development using Spring Framework.

o Knowledge of SOAP APIs and web services.

o Familiar with server-side technologies such as Netty and Tomcat.

o Good knowledge of databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.

o Understanding of REST/SOAP, WebSocket and async/sync communication.

o Knowledge of caching and reactive programming concepts.

o Experience with Git/GitLab, Jenkins, Jira and Confluence.

o Experience delivering web and mobile platforms.

o Solid understanding of Agile methodology.

o Strong teamwork, communication and collaboration skills.

o Good time management and prioritization skills.

o Technical university degree.

o DevOps knowledge or technical certifications are a plus.
