B2B Events & Field Marketing Manager (remote)

We are looking for a B2B Events & Field Marketing Manager to build and own Jobbatical’s European B2B event and field marketing strategy and execution. In this role, you will use events as a strategic channel to generate demand, build relationships with senior HR decision-makers, and contribute to the commercial pipeline. Your initial focus will be on Germany, Spain, and the UK, with the flexibility to activate other European markets as our commercial priorities evolve. The event portfolio will combine larger industry events with smaller, highly targeted Jobbatical-hosted formats.

This is a fully remote position on a B2B Service Agreement basis.

Job Description

Your key responsibilities:

• European Event Strategy: Develop and execute Jobbatical’s B2B event strategy across Europe, building an annual and quarterly event calendar based on commercial priorities.
• Jobbatical Hosted Events: Design and run targeted event formats - such as executive breakfasts, dinners, and Global Mobility roundtables - from concept through execution.
• Demand Generation & Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales to identify target accounts, support pre-event meeting generation, and ensure effective follow-up to track how leads develop into pipeline.
• Customer Engagement: Work with Account Managers to bring together existing customers and prospective clients to support advocacy and community building.
• End-to-End Execution: Autonomously manage budgets, venues, suppliers, sponsorships, event messaging, and overall logistics.
• Performance & ROI Tracking: Analyze event outcomes against key metrics, including target accounts engaged, pipeline generated, lead quality, and overall ROI to optimize future activities.

Qualifications

What helps you to succeed in this role:

• Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in B2B Events, Field Marketing, or Demand Generation, ideally within B2B SaaS or HR Tech environments.
• Proven experience managing field activities and navigating multiple European markets, rather than just one local market.
• Strong understanding of ideal customer profiles (ICP), target accounts, senior decision-makers, and how events connect with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Comfort and confidence in engaging senior business audiences, such as HR Directors and Global Mobility leaders.
• Ability to independently manage multiple event projects simultaneously, moving comfortably between strategic planning and operational execution.
• Languages: English is required. German is a strong advantage, and Spanish is a plus.
