Company Description
ibis Styles Bucharest City Center (Romania) is looking for a colleague into the Sales Department.
The ibis Styles Bucharest City Center is like an urban village that lives right in the heart of the bursting city. The hotel has everything the traveller needs. It offers shelter in its 152 guest rooms and private parking. It welcomes guests in a tasty tavern and a chic lobby bar. The hotel also has a generous place for the community’s functions and celebrations.
Job Description
- Organizes and coordinates all events held on the company's premises (conferences, training sessions, product launches, business meetings, congresses, etc.)
- Negotiates contracts with clients/beneficiaries
- Maintains client relationships before and after events
- Promotes and maintains the hotel's pricing policy
- Ensures effective online promotion of the hotel
Qualifications
- Higher education degree – preferably in the field of tourism
- Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning/organization
- Advanced level of English proficiency
- Strong negotiation skills
- Relevant experience in sales
- Team spirit and collaborative attitude
- Communicative, assertive, and customer-oriented individual
