Responsabilitati
Build-up si telesales
Implicare directa in activitatea de outbound telesales si contactul cu potentiali clienti B2B.
Testarea si optimizarea scripturilor, pitch-ului si abordarilor de vanzare.
Identificarea oportunitatilor de imbunatatire a procesului de vanzare.
Colaborarea cu echipele interne pentru adaptarea abordarii comerciale la diferitele divizii si tipuri de clienti.
Recrutarea si dezvoltarea echipei
Definirea profilului, sourcing, intervievarea si evaluarea candidatilor.
Recrutarea, onboarding-ul si dezvoltarea echipei.
Training, coaching, role-play si analiza apelurilor.
Managementul echipei si performantei
Coordonarea operationala a echipei si stabilirea obiectivelor individuale si colective.
Monitorizarea KPI-urilor, a activitatii si a rezultatelor echipei.
Organizarea daily meeting-urilor, debrief-urilor si review-urilor de performanta.
Raportarea rezultatelor catre management si identificarea ariilor de imbunatatire.
Dezvoltarea businessului
Generarea de clienti noi B2B.
Identificarea de noi oportunitati comerciale si segmente de piata.
Interventia in negocieri sau oportunitati comerciale importante, atunci cand este necesar.
Cerinte
Minimum 2-3 ani experienta in coordonarea unei echipe de telesales, inside sales sau outbound sales.
Experienta in vanzari B2B.
Experienta in recrutarea, onboarding-ul si dezvoltarea oamenilor.
Abilitati de comunicare, negociere si coaching.
Orientare spre rezultate si analiza KPI-urilor.
Organizare, autonomie si atitudine hands-on.
Experienta de lucru cu sisteme CRM.
Nivel mediu-avansat de Excel / Google Sheets.
Experienta in colaborarea cu echipe de Digital/IT reprezinta un avantaj.
Limba engleza - minimum B2.
