Who we are looking for

We are looking for a passionate and client-focused SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Senior Consultant to join our Human Capital team. If you enjoy solving complex HR technology challenges, collaborating with global clients, and delivering impactful SAP SuccessFactors solutions, this role offers the opportunity to further develop your expertise while working on large-scale international HR transformation programs.

As an Employee Central Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing, enhancing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their HR processes, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful delivery across the full project lifecycle.

Required:

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience working on at least one end-to-end Employee Central implementation project.
• Strong knowledge of core HR processes and Employee Central data structures.
• Experience configuring Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Objects, Foundation Objects, Position Management, and Role-Based Permissions.
• Experience with data migration activities, imports, validation, and reconciliation.
• Understanding of Employee Central integrations with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.
• Experience participating in implementation projects, enhancements, or AMS/support engagements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to facilitate client workshops and confidently present solution options.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and project deliverables.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Your future role

• Design, configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation projects, system enhancements, rollouts, and post-go-live support activities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into scalable and best-practice system solutions.
• Configure and maintain Employee Central functionalities, including:
• Foundation Objects
• Generic Objects
• Employee Data Model and Corporate Data Model
• Business Rules
• Workflows
• Event Reason Derivation
• Position Management
• MDF Objects
• Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Picklists
• Data Imports and Data Migration
• HRIS Elements and Portlets
• Support organizational management and employee lifecycle processes, including hire, rehire, transfers, promotions, global assignments, and terminations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the SuccessFactors suite, including Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time Management, and Integrations.
• Conduct client workshops, solution demonstrations, fit-gap analyses, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Support testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect resolution.
• Assist with data migration activities, validation, and reconciliation.
• Provide recommendations on HR process optimization and SAP SuccessFactors best practices.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor within your area of expertise.
• Work independently on assigned workstreams while collaborating effectively with global delivery teams.
• Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors quarterly releases and new Employee Central capabilities.
• Support and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and sharing functional knowledge where appropriate.
