Business System Analyst- Payments Domain

A business requirement rarely arrives simple. It comes with ambiguity, systems that need to talk to each other, technical constraints, and a deadline that isn't up for negotiation. Your role is to take all of that and turn it into something a development team can actually build without guesswork: a clear, testable, well-documented specification.

At Raiffeisen Bank, you do this inside an Agile setup, working alongside solution architects, developers, testers, and Product Owners — never in isolation, but as part of a team that has your back when things get complicated. You work with SQL, JIRA, Confluence, dig into logs in ELK, understand API/MQ/batch integration flows, and move just as naturally between Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Plus, you're encouraged to use AI tools to work faster and sharper — not to replace analytical thinking, but to support it. ✨

What you'll do

• Analyze business requirements and turn them into complete functional and non-functional specifications, using RBRo methodology

• Write clear user stories/use cases that the development team can build on without ambiguity

• Collaborate with solution architects to define the optimal technical approach for each requirement

• Assess the functional and performance impact of changes on existing and connected systems

• Support the creation of test scenarios (ST/SIT/UAT) and validate the test plan together with the test analyst

• Provide technical support and clarifications throughout development, including during post-implementation stabilization

• Keep specification documentation up to date, reflecting every approved change

• Mentor junior analysts on complex issues, helping raise the team's overall expertise
