The Mission

The Business Manager responsibilities are shared across the management team, enabling agile support for both strategic priorities and day-to-day operations. This collaborative setup encourages ownership, adaptability, and alignment with leadership goals--ensuring key areas are covered with focus and intent.

This role acts as a strategic enabler for the leadership team--driving initiatives, streamlining operational processes, and strengthening internal engagement. It plays a key part in shaping the organisation's direction over the next 2-3 years, making sure cross-functional efforts are connected and moving forward together.

Your day to day

Community & Event Coordination:

• Support organize community calls, offsites, and townhalls for the organization overall and per business line.

• Coordinateand organize the agenda for senior visitors (MBB, MBB-1/ -2) in collaboration with the respective business leaders.

• Co-design the comms plan and messaging in collaboration with communications teams for key initiatives.

Operational Management:

• Coordinate budget planning and tracking for both baseline and change initiatives for the business lines they are assigned to.

• Track progress of key initiatives and support timely delivery of milestones for the business lines they are assigned to.

• Maintain oversight of key KPIs, planning cycles and operational dashboards for the organization overall.

• Manage the overall calendar for visits, internal events and other reporting activities.

Strategic Projects:

• Lead or co-lead strategic initiatives in collaboration with relevant business areas.

• Contribute to the development of multi-year strategic roadmaps and transformation agendas for the business areas they are part of.
