As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will:

Performance Marketing Strategy

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations for our clients.

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies tailored to effectively meet client objectives.

• Identify and segment target audiences for our clients, devising customized campaigns for maximum engagement and results.

PPC Advertising

• Manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media, ensuring strategic execution and optimization for our clients.

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and create compelling ad copies to enhance campaign performance.

• Implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations for our clients.

• Continuously refine and optimize campaigns to achieve optimal ROI and results for our clients.

Analytics and reporting

• Use analytics tools to track and report on crucial performance marketing KPIs for our clients, offering actionable insights and recommendations.

• Implement sophisticated tracking solutions to monitor campaign performance across various channels and platforms.

• Regularly communicate campaign performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients to ensure transparency and alignment.

Budget management

• Manage the media budgets for our clients, allocating resources efficiently to maximize campaign effectiveness.

• Provide accurate cost estimates and forecasts for media campaigns and services to ensure financial transparency and accountability.

Team collaboration

• Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design and web development, to align strategies and achieve marketing objectives seamlessly for our clients.
  

What about you?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns focused on PPC channels, derived from specific strategies;

• Proficiency with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Programmatic Ads (DV360 or others), and Looker Studio;

• Proficiency with Google Tag Manager & GA4;

• Good knowledge of how a data layer implementation works (for GTM);

• Good knowledge of Consent Mode v2 (experience in implementation), cookie policies, and CMP platforms (for example, Cookiebot);

• Experience in mobile app data tracking and performance campaigns;

• Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization strategies;

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights for campaign optimization;

• Expertise in creating media plans and focused strategies for performance marketing briefs;

• Extensive experience in planning and managing successful performance marketing campaigns, particularly focused on lead generation and conversions;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Proficiency in English;

• Experience with another marketing data analytics platform is a plus, but not required;

• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of deliverables, coupled with strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs.
