Work LikeABosch - Responsible for material flow processes with focus on Logistics Execution, especially for the modules/capabilities: - Logistics Execution (LE) within our S/4 HANA transformation project with focus on Outbound/Inbound Processes - Requirement clarification with process Experts, functional analysis and creation of functional requirement specifications. - Ensure that technical IT requirements match business requirements in close cooperation with IT Product Owner and Lead Developer. - Design of technical solutions and creation of technical specifications for development. - Coordination of necessary developments with the Developer Team. - Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company; - Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior. - Language: English - University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related scientific or technical fields. - Strong experience as a Functional Consultant or similar role. - Senior project experience in configuring the SAP system by customizing (mandatory requirement) - Long term experience in SAP supply chain projects with excellent skills in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) with focus on Logistics Execution (LE outbound, inbound). - Experience in Integration of Logistics Execution Module with Warehouse Systems (SAP EWM, SAP WM). - Ability to analyze complex use cases in SAP systems by e.

g. , debugging or tracing. - Customer oriented Supply Chain Consulting experience. - Knowledge of industry business models and related supply chain processes. - Know-how and practical experience with Agile methods. - Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA core modules with a strong architectural understanding of logistics and supply chain flows. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex logistics requirements into technical specifications. - Effective time management and strong interpersonal skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. - Willingness to learn new things, be open to challenges, and thrive on success. - Readiness to travel internationally (EU). - Experience in Advanced Shipping and Receiving (ASR) would be an asset. - Experience in EWM / SAP Transportation management integration scenarios LikeABosch Benefits: Financial benefits: - Flexible benefits system – In addition to your salary, we provide 2700 RON/year through your benefits account, allowing reimbursements based on your preferences; - Meal tickets - A balanced diet includes at least one hot meal per day, therefore we offer you meal tickets with a value of 40 Ron; - Company Performance Related Pay - Your contribution to Bosch is valuable.
