• Regularly monitor production processes, collect production data such as cycle time, scrap, and downtime, and analyze the data using appropriate tools such as Pareto analysis, statistical methods, and Fishbone diagrams.
• Develop countermeasures based on facts and data and align them with the Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams.Ensure lessons learned are shared with other departments involved in new projects, including NPL, Manufacturing Engineering, Design, and Quality.
• Be responsible for the successful implementation and execution of all tasks and actions identified during the NPL handover, necessary to achieve the agreed functionality, quality standards, updated project schedule, and commercial objectives.
• Participate in the technical escalation process in the event of a production line stop.
• Support Change Management activities within the location, including the introduction of new suppliers, components, materials, variants, new or modified operation steps, equipment replacement, and capacity increases.
• Be responsible for the appropriate evaluation and approval process for introducing product and process changes.Plan and conduct project-related Change Management meetings, risk assessments, and impact assessments of product and process changes, aligning with relevant functions such as Manufacturing Engineering (ME), when necessary.
• Be responsible for maintaining product-related documentation, including Product Lifecycle History, updates to the P-FMEA, Reverse P-FMEA, and Process Flow documentation.

• Intermediate English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and analysis tools.
• At least 2 years of experience in Process Engineering.
• Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification, ideally complemented by business knowledge or skills.
