About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of a new product. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across both backend and frontend development, a solid engineering mindset, and the ability to take ownership of technical challenges.

This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment where requirements may evolve and not all details are defined upfront. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams are essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features across backend and frontend systems.

• Build and enhance backend services using Go or Python.

• Develop user-facing applications using React and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Contribute to technical decisions and help shape the architecture of a new product.

• Translate evolving business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

• Take ownership of tasks from requirement clarification through implementation and delivery.

• Navigate ambiguity independently, identify gaps, and proactively propose solutions.

• Collaborate with multiple teams to align on technical requirements, coordinate dependencies, and resolve implementation challenges.

• Communicate technical decisions, progress, and potential blockers clearly to relevant stakeholders.

• Adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and changing product priorities.

Technical skills

• Full Stack Development: Senior-level experience across backend and frontend development.

• Backend: Strong experience with Go or Python. Go is preferred, but experienced Python engineers who can ramp up quickly on Go are also welcome.

• Frontend: Hands-on experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Software Architecture: Ability to design and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications.

• API Development: Experience building and integrating backend services and APIs.

Nice to have

• Direct production experience with Go.

• Experience building new products or platforms from the ground up.

• Proven ability to ramp up quickly on unfamiliar technologies and frameworks.

• Experience working in fast-paced product development environments.

• Strong communication skills and experience coordinating technical decisions across multiple teams.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently, and take ownership of deliverables.
