Exchange Engineer - Senior Consultant (f/m/d)

- Administer and support Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
- Manage messaging, collaboration, and communication platforms to ensure availability, performance, and security.
- Provide 2nd/3rd level support for Microsoft 365 collaboration and messaging services in close collaboration with our IT Service Desk and global teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve service, integration, and user-related issues.
- Implement and maintain security, compliance, and governance controls for Microsoft 365 services.
- Support Microsoft 365 migration, modernization, and adoption initiatives.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
- Collaborate with global IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to continuously improve digital workplace services.
- Create and maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and technical procedures.
- Ensure incidents, requests, and changes are delivered within agreed Service Level Agreements.
- More than 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 Exchange and collaboration services.
- Strong Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and identity management.
- PowerShell scripting experience.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance concepts.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 migration, integration, and transformation projects.
- Experience with Teams Phone, Auto Attendants, and Call Queues.
- Troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in global and cross-functional teams.
- Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert or related Microsoft Exchange, Teams or Messaging certifications.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, German is an advantage.
