What You Need to Succeed:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities coordination or a similar role.
- Strong project management and time management skills to handle various tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
- A coaching mindset to guide colleagues and support a collaborative team atmosphere.
