About the role

We are looking for an experienced, high-energy Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across multiple teams in a company that moves fast and hires faster. This person will partner with VPs and hiring managers to translate needs into clear role briefs, build strong pipelines, and drive candidates from first contact to signed offer.
This role is built for someone who keeps up with a fast pace, takes initiative, and treats every open role as a priority to be closed. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do next, and who can shift between competing priorities without losing momentum or letting quality slip.

• Own the full recruitment cycle across multiple simultaneous roles, from intake to offer acceptance.

• Partner with VPs and hiring managers on calibration, role definition, and prioritization.

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, not just inbound applications.

• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates quickly while keeping a high bar for quality.

• Coordinate interviews and feedback across busy stakeholders to keep the process moving.

• Negotiate and close offers in partnership with hiring managers and People & Culture.

• Track pipeline metrics and surface risks, bottlenecks, and trade-offs early.

• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and internal hiring processes.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally spanning multiple functions or seniority levels.

• A genuine go-getter proactive, self-directed, and relentless about closing roles.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities at the same time without dropping the ball.

• Excellent stakeholder management, comfortable partnering with senior leaders.

• Highly organized, structured, and efficient in execution.

• Native-AI user for accelerating work.

• Experience recruiting in tech, telecom, or AdTech is a strong plus.

• English language - advanced level
