Your role:

• Responsible for setting the way of working, by learning the team on how to use the Agile principles.
• Facilitates adherance to agility/ mentoring the team.
• Promotes agility within the team and organization.
• Establishing an environment where the team can be effective.
• Addressing team sizing and velocity.
• Clearing obstacles in the project execution.
• Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions.

Your profile:

• Minimum 3 years in a similar position, IT experience.
• Experience in development or product management.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles.
• Solution-oriented analytical thinking.
• Adaptability to change.
• Advanced communication skills.
