Supplier Support Expert – Senior Process Associate – Italian  – Remote RO

In this role, you will be responsible to work as a P2P processor across all AP sub-activities
Responsibilities:
·    Act as a main point of contact for suppliers' queries via both e-mail & phone; 
·    Navigation through system to check and respond about status of documents;
·    Communicating with external and internal departments; processing of SST related tickets in specific system; 
·    Other ad-hoc related
·    Reception and verification of different VMD requests, payments statues requests; 
·    Check if the vendor form was accurately filled in and to build/modify the vendor in the VDM tool  
·    Analyze completeness of VMD requests according to the SOP procedures  
·    Initiating the vendor request and routing if for Procurement approval, if necessary  
·    Collecting the documentation from the vendor containing all the information needed for the vendor to be implemented in the system  
·    Answer supplier/ local business questions and advise  
·    Generating periodical and ad-hoc reports  
·    Ensuring that the services are as per the contracts  
·    Running efficiently internal / external customers & partners  

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
·    Accounts Payable domain experience 
·    ERP (SAP) Knowledge is mandate
·    Focus on continuous process improvement and adaptive to change
·    A strong team player who believes in ‘winning as a team’
·    Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
·    Language level: Italian C1; excellent communication skills – Verbal & Written and English B2;
·    Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency and hard working
·    Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ownership mentality, displays a willingness to challenge the status quo leading to the creation and implementation of excellent processes. 
·    Should have good attention to details and self-discipline, possessing the ability to connect the dots. 
Preferred qualifications 
·    Relevant Years of experience in related field, such as supplier/customer support;
·    Fast learner, responsible and a good team player
·    Accounting knowledge generalist, supplier support – intermediate level;   
·    Knowledge on Lean Six Sigma Concepts
·    Experience in ERP (SAP), AP Workflow tools
