German Speaking Customer Advisor (Hybrid)

We are expanding our global team and looking for a dedicated representative with fluent or near-fluent German to join our team in Bucharest. As the main point of contact for German-speaking clients, you will deliver exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and ensure strong client satisfaction. This full-time, permanent position follows a hybrid work model, blending team collaboration in our District 4 office with working from home.

Position Summary

• Location: Bucharest, Romania (District 4, City Offices building, Şoseaua Olteniței 2, adjacent to Eroii Revoluției Metro Station).
  
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule—3 days in-office (Monday–Wednesday) and 2 days remote (Thursday–Friday).
  
• Shift Hours: Standard business schedule, Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00.
  
• Contract: Full-time, permanent agreement.
  

Primary Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Manage incoming inquiries across phone, email, and live chat with polished, professional German.
  
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently to optimize first-contact resolution.
  
• Record Keeping: Log all client contacts, service requests, and account updates accurately in the CRM system.
  
• Internal Coordination: Work alongside specialized groups and technical units to manage second-tier client escalations.
  
• Account Growth: Recognize client needs and suggest suitable product upgrades or service additions.
  
• Ongoing Training: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal systems, tool updates, and operational guidelines.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Language Skills: C1/C2 fluent German capabilities (spoken and written), along with solid professional English (B2 level or above).
  
• Communication: Outstanding active listening abilities paired with articulate verbal and written communication.
  
• Technical Aptitude: Proficient with core PC applications (MS Office suite) and quick to learn internal software systems.
  
• Soft Skills: Resourceful, patient, and empathetic when handling sensitive customer interactions.
  
• Schedule Flexibility: Prepared to work standard full-time hours and commute to the Eroii Revoluției office three days weekly.
  

Training & Onboarding

• Duration: 1 week of fully guided introductory training.
  
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–17:00.
  
• Focus Areas: Hands-on instruction covering internal tools, service standards, product details, and simulated call scenarios.
  

Compensation Structure

• Base Salary: 5,569 RON net monthly.
  
• Work-from-Home Stipend: 400 RON net monthly (assists with home internet, utilities, and transit expenses).
  
• Total Base Earnings: 5,969 RON net monthly.
