Our Technology Consulting team team is dedicated to providing innovative solutions that mitigate risks associated with digital transformation, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. Our practice is growing rapidly, and we are looking for Consultants to help drive success for our clients by helping them navigate the complexities of the digital landscape.

Are you ready to help build a better working world by supporting organisations to safeguard their digital assets and navigate an evolving digital, cyber and AI risk landscape?

Your key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess and improve their IT GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures;
• Support more experienced team members to conduct risk assessments, compliance audits, and gap analyses for clients across various industries;
• Develop and deliver training and workshops on IT GRC topics for clients;
• Prepare high-quality deliverables (e.g., reports, presentations, working papers) witihin established timelines;
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in technology that may impact clients' GRC strategies;
• Prepare to obtain advanced professional certifications related to cybersecurity or privacy matters

Skills and attributes for success

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels;
• Proficiency in English
• Passion for technology
• Up to 3 years of relevant work experience in one or several of the following domains:
• Operational Resilience
• IT Risk Management
• IT Governance
• Third-Party Risk Management
• Data protection and privacy
  

Ideally you`ll also

• Have previous experience in IT audit, general consulting (e,g. Big 4, strategy houses), niche cybersecurity consulting or similar department within large organizations
• Have exposure to compliance regulations/standards related to cybersecurity, such as NIS2, DORA, NIST CSF, ISO27001

• Have working knowledge of German or French
